Introduction

Site Project Management, Seattle, Washington, was formed in 2009 by Cindy Martin to give Land Surveyors, Engineers and Landscape Architects a partner to team with on public projects. Certified as a Washington State Women’s Business Enterprise and with layers of Land Development Project experience, Site Project Management is ready to bring qualified professionals to the public marketplace.

30 years of experience in managing land projects has allowed us to practice each step in multi-disciplinary projects. These steps might include attending pre application meetings, producing maps and supporting documents, addressing review comments, final quality check completion and delivery. We have supported public projects architectural and engineering designers with topographic, utility and boundary surveying mapping that is complete in client requirements, such as layering, symbology and notation.

The current Stimulus package is bringing opportunities just when it is needed most. Sound Transit and the University of Washington are also keeping aggressive project schedules on track.
